We are sorry to announce that the concert entitled ‘An Evening with Morten Lauridsen’ is cancelled for this evening (1/26) due to the weather.
However, Central Bucks West High School will be hosting an informal event on their campus from 5pm to 6pm. You are more than welcome to attend this Central Bucks West High School event.
Hilltown Baptist Church has, for many years, taken seriously the call of God to world mission.
God’s Word says, “How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!’ “ (Rom 10: 14-15)
The Hilltown Baptist Church family funded their first international missionary in 1806, and has taken seriously its role as a sending church ever since. It’s been estimated that Hilltown Baptist Church has supported efforts in at least 53 countries, helping to send approximately 189 missionaries or missionary families, and funding over 100 different ministries. Hilltown is currently involved in 12 countries through the work of 25 missionary families. Hilltown Baptist Church devotes a little over a third of its annual budget to missions. We are delighted that several of our young families have gone to the field, or are in the process of going. We have made missions a focus with our young people through our student ministries program and we continue to trust God to raise up many in our church to serve him around the world.
We’re grateful for Hilltown’s international and multi-cultural heart, and we want to encourage you to join us in this partnership of the gospel, both in our own community and around the world.
